So simple it can happen! Without additives or flavor enhancers, but full of flavor: make almond milk with Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 200 g almonds (unpeeled)

Instructions

    Cover almonds with water and soak for about 8 hours.

  2. 2.

    Add soaked almonds to a high‑speed blender with 1 liter hot water and blend until a milky liquid forms.

  3. 3.

    Line a sieve with a nut milk bag and strain the blended almond mixture through it. Let the pulp drain well and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

    Pour the almond milk into a sealable bottle and refrigerate.
