Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 80 g millet
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp starch
  • 200 g mixed forest berries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • grated orange zest

Instructions

    Bring milk and honey to a boil, add millet, simmer over low heat while stirring constantly for 15-20 minutes.

    Add starch and cook for 1 minute. Rinse pudding molds with cold water, fill them with the pudding mixture, and chill for 2-3 hours.

    Before serving, pour the pudding onto plates. Mix forest berries with honey and orange zest and serve alongside the pudding.
