Ingredients

  • 250 g wheat wholemeal flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 300 g blueberries
  • 12 paper muffin cups
  • 1 muffin tin (with 12 cavities)
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

    Mix the flour and baking powder. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly so it remains liquid. Whisk together the honey, yogurt, and sour cream, then stir in the melted butter.

    Fold in the dry mixture and gently fold in the blueberries until everything is well combined. Place the paper cups into the muffin tin cavities and fill each cup about 3/4 full with batter. Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove, let rest in the pan for 5 minutes, then lift out and cool. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
