- 100 g butter
- 175 g sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp bourbon vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 150 g milk
- 225 g cranberries
- 1 muffin tin (12 cups)

Preheat oven to 175°C. Beat butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add eggs, vanilla, and salt; mix well. Combine flour with baking powder, then alternately fold into the butter mixture with milk.

Rinse, wash, and dry cranberries, then gently fold them into the batter. Spoon batter into greased muffin tin cups and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
