Ingredients

  • 2 small net melons
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • a few lemon balm leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

    Halve the melons, remove the seeds with a spoon. Separate the flesh and cut into small pieces.

    Whisk the yogurt and honey until smooth. Fill the melon halves with the yogurt and arrange the melon pieces on top. Garnish with lemon balm.
