Ingredients

  • 1 l hawthorn juice
  • 1 kg gelatin sugar (1:1)

Instructions

    Heat the juice with the sugar in a pot and simmer for 4 minutes until bubbling.

    Fill the mixture into well-saucered canning jars, seal tightly, and place upside down for 10 minutes. Turn over and allow to cool thoroughly.
