Ingredients

  • 700 g apples
  • 300 g apricots
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp clove powder

    Wash, quarter, peel, core the apples and apricots, then cut into pieces.

    Simmer the fruit pieces with 3 tbsp water, sugar, lemon zest, and spices for a few minutes until the apples break down and soften. Use an immersion blender to puree finely, taste, and serve cold or warm.
