- 1 kg rhubarb
- 1 kg oranges
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 500 g diet gelatin sugar (e.g., cane sugar)

Wash, trim, and cut the rhubarb into small pieces, weighing 750g. Peel the oranges thoroughly with a sharp knife, removing the white pith. Cut fruit fillets from the segments and catch the juice that drips out. Squeeze juice from the orange pulp. Quarter the orange fillets and combine them with juice, sugar, and rhubarb in a pot, mixing well. Let everything sit for about 1 hour, then add cinnamon and slowly heat while stirring. Boil the marmalade for about 4 minutes until it fizzes and perform a gel test.

If necessary, add some citric acid and cook for another minute; fill the prepared jars up to the rim with the marmalade, seal tightly, and let sit on the lids for about 10 minutes before turning them over and allowing to cool.
