  • 500 g organic lime
  • jelly sugar (1:1)

    Wash lemons and limes hot and scrub them thoroughly.

    Thinly grate the zest of all lemons and limes, juice half of each fruit, and carefully separate the pulp fillets from the skins of the remaining halves.
