- 100 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 4 slices Whole grain toast
- 2 slices turkey ham
- 2 slices cheese (e.g., Chester)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp butter
- maple syrup
Instructions

Whisk the eggs with milk. Heat butter in a pan. Briefly dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture and cook on medium heat in butter until golden brown on both sides.
