Ingredients
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 0.25 tsp ground coriander
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder
- 0.5 tsp dried thyme
- 0.5 tsp dried rosemary
- 500 g Turkey breast fillet
- 2 Radishes
- salad leaves (Lollo Bianca)
- onion ring
- parsley
- 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar

For the marination, peel the garlic. Mix 2 tbsp oil with the pressed garlic clove, salt, pepper, coriander, paprika and herbs. Slice the meat, combine with the marination and let it marinate for about 1 hour.

Wash, trim and slice the radishes into thin rounds.

Wash the salad leaves, shake dry and tear slightly.

Whisk vinegar, salt, pepper and remaining oil together.

Sear the marinated turkey in a non-stick pan over high heat; adjust seasoning if needed.

For serving, mix salad, onion rings and radishes with the dressing, arrange on a plate, top with sliced turkey gyros, and garnish with parsley.
