Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Medium-hot mustard
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cantaloupe melon
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 300 g North Sea crab meat
  • 1 small dark oak leaf salad

Instructions

    Whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt and mustard until smooth, then season with salt and pepper.

    Halve the melon, remove seeds and peel. Cut into wedges. Halve the avocado, discard pit and peel. Slice into wedges and drizzle with lemon juice.

    Rinse the crab meat and pat dry. Drizzle remaining lemon juice over it.

    Wash the salad leaves, pat dry and tear into bite‑sized pieces.

    Arrange avocado, melon and salad on a plate. Top with crab and spoon sauce over the top.
