Ingredients
- 1 small romaine lettuce
- 1 bunch watercress
- 2 ripe avocados
- 200 g North Sea shrimp meat
- 150 g plain yogurt
- 100 g whipping cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- a pinch of sugar
- Salt
- white pepper
- 1 box watercress

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, leaving the leaves whole. Wash and pat dry the watercress. Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and cut into bite‑sized pieces.

Rinse the North Sea shrimp under cold water briefly and pat dry with paper towels.

Whisk together all dressing ingredients, season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Trim the watercress and fold in briefly. Arrange salad components on plates and drizzle with the watercress dressing.
