Guava-Mango Drink

A refreshing guava-mango drink packed with potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, and vitamin C from the guavas, plus extra vitamin C from the mangoes.

Ingredients

  • 250 g small mango (1 small mango)
  • 250 g watermelon (1 piece)
  • 75 ml guava juice
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Peel the mango and slice the flesh into wedges around the pit. Cut 2-3 long, thin strips from these wedges and set aside; dice the remaining flesh.

    Slice the watermelon into wedges, remove large seeds, then cut the flesh crosswise before separating it from the rind and dicing.

    Combine the diced mango and watermelon with ice cubes in a tall container and blend vigorously with an immersion blender. Add guava juice and blend again. Pour into a large glass and garnish with mango strips.
