Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 1 Banana
- 2 oranges
- 2 sprigs Mint
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds

Wash and trim the strawberries, then cut them into pieces. Peel the banana and slice it. Juice the oranges. Wash the mint leaves, shake off excess water, pluck a few for garnish, and set aside the rest. Combine the remaining mint, strawberries, banana, orange juice, and chia seeds in a blender and puree until smooth; add cold water as needed.
