Simple homemade oat milk with just 3 ingredients! (Spoonsparrow)

Ingredients

  • 100 g delicate oat flakes
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

    Add the oat flakes and salt to a bowl, cover with 1 l cold water and stir briefly. Let the oats soak for about 5 minutes, then blend with an immersion blender or stand mixer until smooth.

    Transfer the blended mixture into a nut‑milk bag (or a linen cloth or fine sieve) and squeeze out all liquid into a container. Store the oat milk in a sealed bottle in the refrigerator until ready to use.
