Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 Lime
- 1 small onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 0.5 jalapeño
- 6 stems coriander leaves
- Salt
Instructions

Halve the avocados, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and place in a bowl. Roughly mash the avocado flesh with a fork.

Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of lime juice over the guacamole.

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Slice the jalapeño lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and finely chop. Wash coriander, shake dry and finely chop the leaves.
