Raspberry Jelly

Ingredients

  • 600 ml raspberry juice
  • 400 ml apple juice
  • 4 stalks lemon balm
  • 350 g gelatin sugar (3:1)
  • 1 tbsp raspberry liqueur

Instructions

    Wash the lemon balm and pat dry.

  2. 2.

    Bring the juices with the sugar to a boil in a pot, then simmer for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Add the liqueur and perform a setting test.

    Place one stalk of lemon balm into each prepared glass and pour the jelly over it. Seal well and let cool.
