Ingredients

  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 2 chicken breast fillets (about 140 g each)
  • 2 beef steaks (e.g., sirloin)
  • 2 pork steaks (e.g., loin)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp freshly chopped thyme
  • pepper (ground)
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 bulb fennel
  • 2 bell pepper strips (red and yellow)
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • Sea salt

Instructions

    Wash and pat dry the thighs, breasts, and steaks. Peel and finely chop the garlic; mix with thyme, pepper, and about 80 ml oil. Brush the poultry and meat with this mixture and marinate covered for about 2 hours.

    Wash, trim, and slice the zucchini and fennel into rounds, cut the peppers into strips, and quarter the onion. Drizzle the vegetables with the remaining oil and place them on the grill alongside the meat. Season everything with salt and pepper, turning until cooked.

    Grill the chicken for ~15 minutes, the meat slices for 4-6 minutes, and the vegetables (except tomatoes) for about 8 minutes. Grill the tomatoes for 2-3 minutes. Brush the meat occasionally with the leftover marinade. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve with spring onion crème fraîche.
