Ingredients

  • 600 g small potatoes (e.g., triplets)
  • 300 g smoked bacon
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil for about 15 minutes, then let them steam off a bit. Slice the bacon into approximately 1 cm thick strips. Alternate threading the potatoes and bacon onto skewer sticks.

    Preheat the grill and cook the skewers while turning for about 10 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper as you go.
