Grilled Turkey Strips with Vegetables

- 500 g Turkey breast fillet
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp gyros seasoning
- 2 red onions
- 2 zucchinis
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 handful fresh mint
- 300 g natural yogurt
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- a pinch of sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- paprika powder (sweet)
- chili flakes
- lemon wedges (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash the turkey, pat dry and cut into strips. In a bowl mix with 2 tbsp olive oil and gyros seasoning. Peel and slice the onions into strips. Wash the zucchinis, quarter them and cut into diagonal strips. Wash the peppers, halve them, remove seeds and white membranes, then cut into strips.

Wash the mint, shake dry and finely chop, reserving a few leaves for garnish. Mix with yogurt in a bowl. Peel and press the garlic cloves into the mixture. Season the yogurt with salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and brown the turkey strips for about 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Sauté the onions and vegetable strips in the remaining oil for 2-3 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Return the meat to the pan and warm through. Divide the stir‑fry onto four preheated plates, top each with a dollop of yogurt dip, sprinkle with paprika and chili flakes. Garnish with lemon wedges and the remaining mint before serving.
