Ingredients

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 300 g turkey cutlets
  • 100 g pearl onions (canned)
  • 100 g chestnuts (canned)
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ground ginger
  • ground chili flakes
  • Salt
  • parsley

Instructions

    Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts, then cook in salted water for about 7 minutes; drain and set aside. Meanwhile, cut the turkey into bite-sized pieces and sear them in hot oil for 5 minutes.

    Add the drained pearl onions, Brussels sprouts, and chestnuts to the pan and sauté everything together for another 5 minutes.

    Whisk cornstarch with a little cold water and pour it into the pan. Add some soy sauce. Simmer over low heat for about 2-3 minutes until thickened. Season with ginger, chili, and salt, then garnish with chopped parsley.
