Ingredients

  • 600 g shark meat (e.g., catshark or thornback)
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 3 tbsp coarse mustard
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

    Whisk together mustard, oil, honey, salt and pepper. Cut the shark meat into large bite‑size cubes, toss with the marinade and let it marinate for 1 hour.
