- 600 g shark meat (e.g., catshark or thornback)
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 3 tbsp coarse mustard
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp oil
Instructions

Whisk together mustard, oil, honey, salt and pepper. Cut the shark meat into large bite‑size cubes, toss with the marinade and let it marinate for 1 hour.

Thread the fish pieces onto wooden skewers and grill over medium heat on oiled foil for about 8 minutes, turning to char all sides.
