Ingredients

  • 8 smaller carp fillets (90-100 g each, ready to cook, skinless)
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 4 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • pepper (ground)
  • 200 g mixed leafy salad

Instructions

    Wash and pat the fish fillets dry. Cut the lemon in half, squeeze the juice over the fillets and drizzle them with it. Mix the honey with the soy sauce and pepper and spread this mixture over the fillets.

    Place the fillets on a greased grill grate and grill each side for 3–4 minutes over medium heat, brushing again with the honey-soy glaze at the end. Serve on freshly washed leafy salad.
