Ingredients
- 400 g yogurt
- 2 EL turmeric
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 EL oil
- coriander leaves

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté in hot oil over low heat; stir in turmeric and cook for ½ minute.

Transfer the onion mixture to a mortar and grind into a paste, then mix with yogurt and sprinkle coriander on top.
