Grilled Scallops

Ingredients
- 700 g scallops (ready to cook; thawed)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Organic lemons
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash scallops under cold water and pat dry. Wash lemons, pat dry, and squeeze half of one lemon. Mix the oil and lemon juice, then coat the scallops in the mixture.

Grill the scallops on a hot grill, turning them for 3–4 minutes, then season with salt and pepper.

Slice the remaining lemons into rounds. Serve the scallops with the lemon slices and garnish with herbs as desired.
