The grilled provolone recipe from Spoonsparrow makes cheese lovers’ hearts beat faster!

Ingredients

  • 1 small provolone cheese (450 g)
  • 1 small dried chili pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Slice the provolone into about 1 cm thick slices.

  2. 2.

    Crush the chili pepper in a mortar.

  3. 3.

    Mix oregano with the crushed chili and olive oil, then brush the cheese slices with the mixture.

  4. 4.

    Grill each side for about 2–3 minutes on a not too hot grill, turning once.
