Ingredients
- 4 thick pork belly slices with skin (Wammerl)
- 2 slices of toast bread (from yesterday)
- 100 g smoked ham
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 onion
- salt (pepper)
- 0.5 tsp mustard seeds
- 0.5 tsp red peppercorns
Instructions

Dice bacon finely and fry in a pan without added fat. Cut toast into cubes and crisp them in the bacon fat. Peel, finely chop onions and sauté with them. Wash parsley, finely chop and mix in. Season with salt, pepper, mustard seeds and red peppercorns. Brush pork belly slices with this mixture and carefully roll them up.

Skewer and grill for about 15 minutes until the skin is crispy.
