Grilled Sirloin Steak with Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 800 g sirloin steak (4 steaks)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 corn cobs
  • 150 g butter
  • 0.5 bunch chopped parsley
  • aluminum foil
  • 1 jar paprika relish

    Wash the corn cobs and boil them in plenty of salted water for 30 minutes. Remove, rinse cold, and place damp on large sheets of aluminum foil. Top with salt, pepper, parsley, and butter flakes; seal the foil well and grill over high heat, turning every few minutes, for 10 minutes. Pat the steaks dry. Peel the garlic, press into oil, season with salt and pepper. Brush the steaks with this mixture and grill on a hot grill, turning occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
