Grilled Peaches

Spoonsparrow grilled peaches – aromatic, juicy-sweet and ready in just 20 minutes! A great summer dessert that always hits the mark.

Ingredients

  • 4 peaches
  • 50 g Greek yogurt
  • 50 g cranberries (jar)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 40 g almond slivers
  • vegetable oil (for grilling)
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash the peaches, halve them and pit. Mix the yogurt with cranberries and fill half of each peach half. Secure with toothpicks. Grill on a hot, oiled grill, turning occasionally, for 6-8 minutes.

    Just before serving brush with honey. Lay almond slivers on a sheet of foil and roast on the grill for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly.

    Arrange the grilled peaches on plates, sprinkle with almonds and add the remaining yogurt. Garnish with mint and serve.
