Oat Crumble with Plums

The oat crumble with plums from Spoonsparrow tastes simply delicious even for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 600 g plums
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 Vanilla pod
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 30 g coconut sugar
  • 60 g coconut oil (4 tbsp)
  • a pinch ground cinnamon
  • a pinch salt
  • 30 g toasted almond slivers (2 tbsp)
  • 200 g yogurt (3.5% fat)

Instructions

    Wash the plums, halve them and remove pits. Place the plums cut‑side up in a baking dish and drizzle with honey. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife.

    Knead rolled oats, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla seeds together with a pinch of cinnamon and salt to form crumbs. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the plums and press lightly down.
