Ingredients

  • 500 g ground lamb
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 100 g vegetable onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Place the ground meat in a bowl. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the chili pepper, cut it lengthwise, deseed and dice very finely. Peel the onions and finely mince them.

    Add the garlic, chili, parsley and onion to the ground meat, season with salt and pepper, and knead well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Shape the mixture into tennis-ball sized balls and thread onto wooden skewers.

    Brush with olive oil and grill over medium heat for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve the skewers on a bed of crisp mixed salads as desired.
