Ingredients
- 800 g turkey meat
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Lime
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Spring Onions

Clean spring onions and cut into rings.

Combine vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and onion rings in a bowl.

Cut turkey into bite‑size pieces, marinate for one hour, then pat dry. Thread onto skewers, season, and grill over high heat for 5–10 minutes, basting occasionally with the remaining sauce.
