Greek Lamb Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 kg lamb shoulder meat (pre-cut)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 150 ml olive oil
- pepper (ground)
- Sea salt
Instructions

Cut the trimmed and dry‑pounded lamb into roughly 2 cm cubes. Thread onto metal or wooden skewers and arrange side by side in a shallow dish or on a baking sheet.

Peel the garlic cloves and slice them thinly. Whisk together with lemon juice, oregano and olive oil. Season with pepper and salt, then drizzle over the skewers.

Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Place the skewers on a preheated grill and cook about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, brushing with remaining marinade.

Serve with optional lemon wedges, tzatziki and bread.
