Grilled Lamb Chops and Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
- 4 corn cobs
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- 8 lamb chops
- 1 garlic clove (halved)
- pepper (ground)
- Kalahari salt
- herb butter (optional)

Peel the corn cobs, removing leaves and husks as desired or just pull them off the top. Bring plenty of water to a boil in a pot, add salt and sugar, then place the corn cobs in. Simmer gently for about 15 minutes until cooked, remove and drain.

Pat the lamb chops dry, rub with the halved garlic clove and season with pepper. Lightly brush the corn with oil and grill the lamb chops alongside the corn until browned. Season with Kalahari salt before serving and spread herb butter if desired. Serve with toasted white bread.
