Ingredients
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 untreated lemons
- 1.5 kg pork rib
- 5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander
- 0.5 tsp freshly grated ginger

Clean and wash the spring onions, then finely chop them. Wash the chili pepper and slice it into thin rings. Peel the garlic cloves and press them through a press. Wash the lemons hot and pat them dry.

Slice one lemon into rounds. Grate about 1 tsp of zest from the other lemon and squeeze out its juice. Rinse the pork, pat it dry, and place it in a shallow dish.

Combine all marinating ingredients together and pour over the meat. Add the lemon slices on top. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
