Ingredients
- 4 Beefsteaks (180 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- chopped parsley
- oil (for brushing)
- 2 green bell peppers

Wash the peppers, halve them, remove seeds and cut into wide strips.

Brush beefsteaks and pepper strips with oil and grill both sides for 3-5 minutes each. Sprinkle steaks with parsley at the end. Season grilled beefsteaks with salt and pepper to taste.
