Ingredients
- 1 l vanilla ice cream
- 120 g coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp ground pistachios
- Mint leaves (for garnish)

Skewer 12 scoops of vanilla ice cream onto wooden sticks and roll them in coconut flakes. Freeze for 30 minutes. Then grill each skewer briefly on a hot grill, turning once until lightly charred.
