Ingredients
- 2 small melons (e.g., cantaloupe or galia)
- 200 g watermelon flesh
- 200 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 100 g blueberries
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
- 1 handful borage flowers
Instructions

Cut the melons crosswise and remove the seeds. Using a melon baller, scoop out balls from the flesh, leaving about 2 cm of rim. Also scoop small balls from the watermelon.

Whisk the yogurt with honey and lemon juice, then fold in the melon balls. Fill the hollowed melon halves and garnish with reserved blueberries, pistachios, and borage flowers before serving.
