Ingredients

  • 150 g flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 350 g blueberries
  • 4 tsp butter (for pan)
  • powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

    Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar and salt in a bowl. Stir in the milk until a thick batter forms. Add the eggs and mix well. Let rest for at least 30 minutes.

    Rinse, wash and drain the blueberries.

    Heat a non‑stick pan over medium heat and melt butter. Pour about 1/4 of the batter into the pan and sprinkle with 1/4 of the berries. Cook 1–2 minutes until golden brown, flip and cook another 1–2 minutes. Remove from pan and repeat for all pancakes. Keep warm in an oven at 80°C if desired until finished.
