Ingredients

  • 500 g Green Asparagus
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
  • coarse Sea salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Soak wooden skewers in water first.

  2. 2.

    Wash the asparagus, cut off the woody ends and peel the lower third of each spear. Blanch the spears for 3 minutes in boiling salted water, drain and shock with cold water.

    Arrange four spears side by side on a skewer. Grill over high heat for 2–3 minutes on each side. Before serving brush with olive oil, season with coarse sea salt and pepper.
