Ingredients

  • 4 stalks tarragon
  • 750 ml cold-pressed oil to taste (e.g., sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, olive oil)

Instructions

    Rinse the tarragon, pat dry and place in a clean, dry bottle or jar. Pour the oil over so that the herb is fully covered; seal the bottle tightly and keep cool for about 2 weeks.

    Then strain the oil through a fine sieve into a clean bottle or carafe. Add 1-2 tarragon stalks if desired.
