- 2 Garlic cloves
- 100 g Soft Butter
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 2 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tsp celery salt
- 8 corn cobs (blanched)
- Sea salt
- pepper (from grinder)

Peel and chop the garlic. Mix garlic, butter, paprika powder, chili flakes, and celery salt. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Grill the corn cobs on a preheated grill, lightly browning all sides for a total of 5-6 minutes. Season with sea salt and pepper, then serve with the chilled chili butter.
