Ingredients

  • 200 g corn kernels (canned)
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 100 g chanterelles
  • 1 small Shallot
  • 2 tbsp popcorn
  • white truffle (to taste)
  • chives (for garnish)

Instructions

    Drain the corn well and bring it with the cream to a boil in a small pot. Simmer for a few minutes, add 1 tbsp butter, then blend everything finely. Season with salt and pepper.

    Clean the chanterelles and cut them smaller if needed. Peel and dice the shallot finely. Sauté the chanterelles in the remaining butter for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
