Grilled Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh corn cobs
  • Salt
  • pinch sugar
  • 2 tbsp plant oil (for brushing)
  • 40 g Butter
  • Sea salt

    Preheat the grill.

    Peel the corn, removing all husks and silk or simply pull them off the top. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt and sugar, then place the corn in. Simmer gently for 10-15 minutes, remove and drain. Brush the corn with oil and place on the hot grill. Grill, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes.

    Top the corn with butter flakes and sprinkle coarse sea salt. Serve hot.
