Corn on the cob grilled with fresh ingredients and a buttery sauce from Spoonsparrow.
Ingredients
- 4 corn cobs
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 small chopped red chili pepper
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- 5 tbsp butter
Instructions

Parboil corn in salted water for about 10 minutes, drain well, brush with 3 tbsp butter and grill until golden brown.

Melt remaining butter, stir in chili and parsley, season with salt and pepper.

Arrange corn on a plate and pour the buttery sauce over it.
