Ingredients

  • 16 chicken wings
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 20 g Ginger
  • 0.5 tsp allspice berries
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash and pat dry the chicken wings. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash, deseed, and finely chop the chilies. Peel and grate the ginger. Crush allspice, coriander, and peppercorns in a mortar.

    Combine the finely chopped garlic, grated ginger, chopped chilies, lime juice, honey, and olive oil; coat the chicken wings thoroughly with this mixture.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Season with salt and grill on a preheated grill, turning occasionally, for about 15 minutes. Serve with salad and dip as desired.
