Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

- 1 tbsp finely chopped mint
- 1 tbsp finely chopped basil

Mix pressed garlic with oil, salt and pepper.

Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite‑size cubes and skewer them.
