Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped basil

Instructions

    Mix pressed garlic with oil, salt and pepper.

    Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite‑size cubes and skewer them.
