Ingredients
- 8 large shrimp (peeled, ready to cook)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 4 tbsp oil
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 8 wooden skewers
Instructions

Mix parsley and dill with oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper; marinate the shrimp for about 30 minutes.

Thread one shrimp per skewer lengthwise and grill the skewers on a hot grill for about 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
