Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 100 ml meat broth
- 50 ml orange juice
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp sharp mustard
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- chili flakes
- 1.5 kg beef brisket (pre‑cooked)
Instructions

Peel and finely chop onions and garlic. Heat oil in a pan and sauté until translucent.

Add broth, orange juice and lemon juice; let reduce slightly.

Whisk together ketchup, tomato paste, mustard, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.

Stir in paprika powder and ginger. Season with salt, chili flakes and pepper.

Wash the brisket, pat dry and coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Place the meat on the preheated grill and cook over medium heat with lid closed for 2–3 hours, turning once or twice.

Plate the meat on a board and serve sliced.
